I 'Received March 5, 5.5 p.m.) j SYDNEY. March 5. ] Further consideration will be given by the New South Wales Rugby Union j to the proposal to revert to the former rule relating to kicking into touch. At the recent annual meeting of the union, a motion was submitted by the management committee providing that when the ball pitched into touch from a kick other than a penalty kick or a kick from within 25 yards of the kicker's goal-line, it should be brought uark into play at a spot on the touchline opposite the place where it was kicked.
