The King of Siam has definitely decided to abdicate within the next few days, says the "News-Chronicle." He is now engaged in drafting a document to explain why he is leaving the throne. Persons in close touch with the situation in Bangkok believe that there may be an outbreak against the Government when the abdication is announced, and bloodshed is feared. The King proposes to remain ■ in England until June, and will then reside in Switzerland.
