FORMER KAISER'S TROUBLES
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM GERMANY ARRANGED (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —BY ELBCTHIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) (Received March 3, 6.35 p.m.) LONDON, March 2. The "News-Chronicle's" Hague correspondent say that the former Kaiser's financial difficulties, arising from Germany's restrictions on the export of the curre.icy, have been satisfactorily solved. A member of His household has stated that the former Kaiser has received Herr Hitler's assurance that no difficulties will be raised against the transfer of his funds to Holland.
