SEARCH FOR STEAMER ABANDONED
ISO HOPE FOR CREW OF BLAIRCOWRIE (•RIIIS-B orriCJAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, February 28. It is feared to be certain that the British steamer I-X.jrgowrie, which sent out distress calls during a storm, has been lost in the Atlantic with her entire crew, numbering 26. After a prolonged search among mountainous seas the German liner Europa and other vessels which answered the distress signals were obliged to abandon hope and resume their voyages.
