WEATHER REPORTS Following are the weather reports for February for the recording stations mentioned:— Kaikoura (Mr E. W. Flower)— The total fall was 4.51 inches on 11 days. two inches falling on February 24. For February, 1934, the fall was 1.83 inches on seven days, 82 points falling on February 18. Hapuku, seven miles north of Kaikoura (Miss Harle)—Total fall 9.313 inches on 17 on February 24. For February, 1934, the total was 5.13 inches on 13 days, 1.33 inches falling on February 17. Puhi Puhi, 16 miles north of Kaikoura (Mr H. A. Fair weather)— Total fall 10.73 inches on 10 days, 2.05 falling on February 24. For February, 1934, the fall was 3.44 inches on eight days, 1.06 falling on February 17. Lynton Downs, 14 miles west of Kaikoura (Mr E. Weavers)— Total fall 6.37 inches on 12 days, 1.98 inches falling on February 24. For February, 1934. the fall was 2.83 inches* on nine days, 62 points falling on February 17. Cards At the Takahanga Tennis Club's card evening the winners were Mrs J. A. Reid and Mr Donald Stewart.
