BRITISH COAL
* AGREEMENT WITH POLAND SIGNED (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS..) (Received February 28, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 27. The commercial agreement between England and Poland was signed at the Foreign Office to-day. [lt is hoped that the agreement will increase the demand for British and especially for Welsh coal, by about 1.000.000 tons. The Polish Minister for Commerce has been in London for several days, negotiating the agreement. 1
