❖ MISSION OF SIR JOHN SIMON REPORTED EQUALITY FOR GERMANY (Received March 1, 12.50 a.m.) LONDON, February 28. According to the "Daily Mail's" political correspondent, Sir John Simon (Foreign Secretary) is expected to submit concrete proposals to the French Ministers for a definite arms limitation pact, wherein Germany's equality would be recognised. Eden (Lord Privy Seal) shall go to Warsaw and Moscow,, and Sir John Simon (Foreigi Secretary) to Berlin only, to discuss the Anglo-French plan.
