* GOLD MEDAL OF INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS it'RESS ASSOCIATION i ELE'Ji?AM TIMARU, February 28. Advice has been received from Mr W. Gummer, president of the New Zealand Institute of iVrchitects, that St. David's Memorial Church at Cave as been selected for the institute's gold medal for 1934. The award is for the building of the best design in New Zealand since 1930. Mr Herbert Hall, of Timaru, is the architect.
