The fat cuttle offering numbered head, a large percentage comprising cows and heifers, few pens being of outstanding quality. Thero was a dearth of heavy bullocks, most of this class being of medium quality. The sale opened with prices for all classes showing a drop of 15s a head, but there was a .sharp rise over tin: final rm-es and the. opening drop in the values was practically recovered.
