UNIVERSITY BOAT RACE.

A SHORTER COURSE. (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIREI.ESB.) (Received March 16th, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 15. The University boat race will be rowed on Saturday morning over a course about 400 yards shorter than usual owing to structural alterations on the bridge, which cause violent currents, at the usual starting point. The authorities have agreed that the race should begin at a point opposite the London Boating Club and that the finish be at tho usual post at Moitlake. •
