LEEWARD AND WINDWARD ISLANDS. (British official wireless.) (Received March 16tli, 7 p.m.) RUGBY, March 15. Mr J. H. Thomas, the Colonial Secretary, stated ; n tho House of Commons to-day that tho Governors of Leeward Island, the Windward Islands, and Trinidad, were in general agreement as to the desirability of a commission being appointed to enquire into, tho question of closer union between these islands, and he had under consideration tho appointment of such a commission.
