TECHNICAL COLLEGE.
OLD STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION. ANNUAL MEETING. Last evening the annual general meeting of'-the Christchurch Technical College Past and -Senior Students' Association was held at the Technical College, Barbadoes street, when the pre-, sident, Miss I. Agassiz, wai in tlie chair, presiding over a large attendance of members: .Report and Balance-Sheet. The annual report stated that the Association had experienced another successful season, all the affiliated clubs continuing their various activities with cood results, whilst there had been considerable development m connexion with the Dramatic Society, which had fully justified its formation, whilst the annual debate with the day school had also proved a great success. There had been a substantial increase m membership, there being thirty more members than in the previous year, and whilst there had been a slight falling off in the Association's finances, .this had been largely due to the paying over of £l2 to the Memorial Hall Fund. Also the fact that quite a number of the members were unable to pay their subscriptions had also proved a factor in the reduction of the Association's credit balance, which, allowing a liberal amount for depreciation, now stood at a little under £>lo. V The report and balance-sheet were adopted without discussion. Election of Officers. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Miss I. Agassiz (re-elected); vice-presidents, Miss M. B. Robertson, Messrs F. N. Howarth and AV. Hughes (re-elected); hon. secretary, Mr C. Sanderson (re-elected); assistant hon. secretary, Miss B. Harris; bon, treasurer, Miss A.
