NEWFOUNDLAND POLITICS. (totted mess association—bx electric tblbg»aph— copykioht.) (Received March 18th, 5.5 p.m.) ST, JOHN'S (Newfoundland), March 12. The Budget proposals of the Premier, Sir Richard Squires, have caused a split in tie Government. Party. Three prominent members, including a Cabinet Minister, tendered their resignations on Friday. They were Mr H. M. Mosdell, who resigned tho portfolio ot Minister for Public Health last week, Mr Philip Pudge, and Captain John Parsons.
