MODEL YACHTING.

The ChristchuTch Model Yacht Club sailed the. Iv.-elfth club race of-the searon on Saturday at Victoria Lake. There was a good breeze from the nor'-east and eight boats under the supervision of Mr J. L. Brixton. Following were results: First Heat—F. SemiJiens'a Tiii (handicap 3min) 1, A. Smith's Star (smin 30sec) 2, G. Pratt's lona (3min SOsec) 3, W. S. Kingston's Sans Atout (lOsoc) 4, U. J. Booker's Ruth (scr) 5. Time, 3l£min. Second Heat—Star 1, Tui 2. Sans Atout 3, R. Bunker's Peter (4min) i, Buth 5. Time, SCJrnin. The final resulted: Star and Tui (13 points) equal 1, Sants Atout (j points) 3.
