A DIVORCE LAW CASE. (rEE93 ASSOCIATION telegram.) WELLINGTON, March 11 Judgment was reserved by the Full Court in the case in which divorce practice is involved. On December 4th, 1930, Alfred Shepherd Dawson Rose, of Wellington, entered into a deed of separation with his wife, which contained a covenant that h© would not endeavour to compel her to cohabit with him. On June 24th, 1981. Rose filed in the Supreme Court a petition lor the restitution of conjugal rights. Mrs Rose, instead of filing an answer and pleading therein the deed of separation as a bar to making the order, ignored the proceedings and failed to take legal advice. i) n ? s pleaded by counsel for Mrs nose that while failing to file the required answer, nevertheless, she desired to oppose the order being made.
