A speech by Sir Bolton Eyres-Mon-sell, First Lord of the Admiralty, forecasting an early return to the training of midshipmen in sail sis a preliminary to careers in ateam, has aroused the belief that the famous clipper ship Cutty Sark, now lying at Falmouth, will be recommissioned.
