ROUGH WEATHER.

w t (TRXSM ASSOCIATIOH TILEOBAM.) GISBORNE, March 10. Heavy weather has been experienced for the past few days, but is now moderating. The liner Port Brisbane, which arrived from Sydney on Monday morning and had to put to sea again, has returned to port, and will start loading to-morrow. Heavy rain last pight brought rivers into flood, though no serious overflow is reported. Mail and passenger services are disorganised to-day through slips and flooded roads.
