IRISH POLITICAL PRISONERS.

EARLY RELEASE EXPECTED. (Received March 10th, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 10. The Dublin correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that the Minister for Justice, Mr J. Geoghegan, and the Minister for Defence, Mr F. Aiken, visited the Arbour Hill Prison and ordered that all political prisoners should be permitted to wear their own clothes. They are expected to bo released to-day, and according to the correspondent of the "News-Chrom-cle" an order is expected to be issued to-day for the suspension, of the Public Safety Act.
