The "Daily Express" says the magnificent new nine-storey building on the London Embankment, which was intended to be the headquarters of the Imperial and International Communications, will be sold. The directors of Imperial Cables announce that the decision is duo to the adverse effect of the world crisis entailing a drastic readjustment of arrangements. >
