Considerable interest has been aroused over the a,pVMiance of Kilmister, of Wellington, whose xidine in the North Island centres has been * sensation. Kilmister Tn! for himself in' England, and his flying wheels ave not unknown to Australians. He lias beaten all the overseas visitors to New Zealand tliia season, including Tom Farndon, Kobby Key, Vio Huxley, and Ray Tanser American. The question is, can he beat CyriPAnderaon to-night? Anderson has. dualled Sid Jackson's mile rolling-start record of lmin 20 4-6 sec, and Kilmister will have to do something thrilling-to head tha Australian, It will be Kilmister a only appearanca at Monica Park. Kilmister and Anderson will attempt to lower the flying mile record, and these attempts will probably he the first events ""Vhen, P B?aflMock. the Canterbury °Tbe"two fast"Australians, Tommy TompHaa and Laurie Packer, will also be seen in action.
