THE RANGITIKEI SEAT. (rKT-SS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 4. After hearing counsel in chambers this morning, their Honours Mr Justice Myers and Mr Justice Reed made an order for furtli'T particulars of the allegations to be delivered m the election petition of Mr J. T. Hogan, who lost the Rarigitikei seat to Mr A. Stuart. The particulars are to be supplied not less than fourteen clear days before the date of the hearing, which their Honours fixed to tyike place at Marton on April 18th.
