Lord Kylsant has resigned from all his directorships in the Royal Mail Steam Packet group. [Loru Kylsant, who, pending an appeal, is serving a sentence of one year's imprisonment in the second division at Wormwood Scrubbs for circulating a prospectus, knowing it to be false in a material particular, was chairman and managing director of the ltoyal Mail Steam Packet Company, tho Wljite Star Line, Union Castle Line, and the associated shipping companies.]
