'U.S. STEEL COMPANY'S BONUS SYSTEM. In the suit to prevent the merger of the Bethlehem and steel companies it was stated that . under Bethlehem's bonus' system Mr Eugene G. Grace received, more than £200,000 a' year for Jus services. The employees' share, subscription |>lan published by the American Tobacco Company now reveals' that Mr 1 George W. Hill, president of that company, received approximately £250,000 during 1930, in addition to his salary, which was not disclosed. This bonus took the form of 13,440 Common Class B shares, to which MrHill was permitted to subscribe at 25 dollars a share. jTheß.e now have a market price of 120 dollars.
