DINNER PARTY.
At her liome iii Ranfurly street, yesterday evening, Miss Bromley. Cocks gave a very enjoyable dinner party in honour'of Lady Baden-Powell, the Chief Guide. The drawing-room and the dinner-table were decorated with beautiful rose») and all the guests wore their Guide uniform, and, later in the evening, attended the camp Are gathering of Guides at St. Luke's Schoolroom. The guests were Lady Baden-Powell, Lady Game (Sydney), who is greatly interested in the Girl Guide movement, Mrs Joseph Studholme, Mrs W. It. Wilson (Auckland), Miss Enid Bell (Wellington),, Mrs J. H. Grigg, Mrs Fred jKitchingham (Greymouth), and Miss Cicely O'Borke.
