MINIATURE RIFLE CLUBS.

CASHMERE. The annual meeting of the Oashraero Miniature Rifle Club was held on "Wednesday, Mr A. Tongue presiding over a good attendance of members.

The report showed the club to hare had a most successful season in 1630. Amongst l several -successes "was the winning of the senior competition in' the Ohristchurch As- | sociatlon winter tournament. Several mem- i bera and .teams had been successful at the championship meetings held at Timaru and j Ashburton, and also at the New Zealand j meeting. ,:; - It was decided to open r! the season on March 9th with a competition for a trophy presented by a supporter of the club. _ i The election'of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr W. 8.
