The Lancashire cotton industry hafe received considerable stimulus, BUSINESS VALUED AT £10,000,000. LONDON, February 27. The British Industries Fair closed with, a total attendance of Home and overseas buyers of 104", 185, which is a record. Officials describe the business done as surprisingly large and the value is estimated at £10,000,000;
