NEW 1 YORE, February 25. , \ The first' demonstration of a radio typewriter was given to-day. It consist* of mechanical and -radio appar- | atus by which 'messages "pn a~ I typewriter are received in typewritten , form at any distance from, the sender. The speed is limited only by the ability of the operator, since the capacity of the apparatus has 7 beep set at 12U0 letters per minute. Short wave .radio impulses through the usual radio apparatus aro released by at-/ tached to the typewriter ana the impulses are in turn picked up and' converted intp batteiy impulses strong enough to operate .the receiving typewriter. '
