February 26. * William Martin, charged with inciting lawlessness by distributing a pamphlet/ violently adverse to .the' unemployment levy, and calling for refusal to pay and the holding up of. jobs, arid generally defying the law on the matter, came before Mr. E. Page, S.Mw to-day.
Nothing could be done with the man, however, as he had no money to; pay any fine, and was already ; undergoing a seven years' sentence for a .criminal' offence. He was convicted and discharged. -
