COUNTY COUNCILS.

KOWAI. At the monthly mMting of, th« Xowai County 1 Council, there were present: Cra. J. D. Wjrllie (chairman)/"W. H. Hale, H. May, U. B. Forrester, W. A Seloher, B Peach, 'and J. H. Jamas. f - Measrs Olimie and Bailey interviewed the . ' The Council; decided to do this. The Council thanked - Messrs Climie and Bailey for the information given. The clerk was instructed 3 to ascertain the total legal costs incurred in drafting and printing model by-laws and J the cost of additional copies. 1 It.
