MEETING OF A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
STATEMENT OF SHOW FINANCES. The Goneral Committee of the Canterbury A. and P. Ass6ciati6n met yesterday afternoon, Mr L. R. C. Macfarlano (president) presiding. The monthly statement showod that the receipts for October and November were £6866 17s ld, including £250 Is sd, carried forward. Disbursements amounted to £1547 5s sd. Booths and catalogues .. 192 18 9 Ground improvement .. 328 1 1 Winter Show .. 200 0 0 Deposit repaid .. 400 0 0 Sundries ... 289 8 1 The credit balance at the bank was shown as £1229 0s 34, with £2OOO oa
deposit, making a total of £322? Os Bd. Accounts owing #rom the Show, and amounting to £6486 6s 3d were passed for payment. Twenty-nine new members were elected, also two life-members—Miss E. M. H. Taylor and Mr I. A. Scott.
