♦ NEW ITALIAN ORGANISATION. AGENTS PLEDGED TO SECRECY. (UNITED I'RESS ASSOCIATION—BY EIECTHIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT.) (Received December 9th, 11.30 p.m.) HOME, December 9. The recent round-up of anti-Fascists has revealed the existence of a new body of political police known as the Ovra, working directly under the Ministry of Interior, of which Signor. Mussolini is tlii head. Tho Ovra's agents range from society pcoplo to porters, all pledged to secrecy. Tho "Tribuna" says: "The Ovru steps in before crimes are committed, instead of afterwards. It is silent and sudden, and its arrests are followed by a trial at special tribunals. There is nothing more to be said."
