"On Your Back," showing at the lvegent Theatre this week, tells the story of a mother who sacrificed everything- so that her son might start lite with the advantages that she herself had laclcod. "YOUNG EAGLES." Paramount's remarkable epic of the air, "Young Eagles," will be presented at the Begent on Saturday. Reporting on the presentation of this production in the Capital City, the Wellington "Evening Post" snys:—" 'Young Eagles' is the first alltalking air picture to come from the famous Paramount studios, and it may at once be classed as superior to that former epic of the air, 'Wings.' The voices and spoken words lend additional realism, and give it a big advantage over its non-talking rival Charles (Buddy) Kogers, Jean Arthur, and Paul Lukns head a cast of characters of unusual. all-round ability, every part in the piece being cleverly delineated. Rapid action allied to the roar of flying war aeroplanes, the rush of an aviation field, and the love scenes combine to keep the audience in breathless suspense. The fight in the air between Buddy Rogers and the 'Grey Eagle,' a noted ace of the German flying fleet, is a thrillingly effective combat. The box plans are now open at The Bristol Piano Company.
