CANCER FUND.
PERMIT WANTED FOR ART UNION. (PSZS3 ABSOCIA.TIOV TBIAOBAV.) DUNEDIN, December 10. The New Zealand branch of the British Empire Cancer Campaign Society decided at a general meeting this evening to apply for a permit to conduct an alluvial gold art union for the cancer campaign fund. The central committee bad at its previous meeting resolved not to go on with an art union, but this decision was rescinded.
