A NEW STAR IN "ONE MAD KISS" Don Jose Mojica may -well be hailed as rv new star on the talking screen, as any will agreo vho saw him in the loading role of "One Mad Kiss," which heads the double* foaturo programme being screened at the Liberty Theatre this week. Mojiea, who is possessed of n very chnrming voice of excellent quality, was once a star in America as an operatic Ringer, and in this film ho is given plenty of scope to demonstrate his really remarkablo ability. It is « romance of Latin America, and a very tuneful and pleas iDp talkie. The second feature is "Tho Girl in tho Glass Cn-ge," being an entertaining mysfory story which Ktnrs Loretia Young. Tt is a story admirably suited to the screen, and ha-* a gripping: them*'. The remainder -of the programme is made up of shorts which are of a very high average standard quality.
