NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
A concert will be held in tho Jellicoe Hail to-morrow evening. There will be a. garden party at the Girls' High School Hostel, Papanui road, tomorrow. Demonstrations of cooking by electricity will be given in the demonstration room of the JJ.K.D. on December 31th. There will be a demonstration of cooking !>y gas in the demonstration hall of the ChrietoJaurch Gaa Company to-morrow.
