In the Hibernian Hall this afternoona jumble eale will be held. To consider iho question of the annual New Brighton Borough picnic, a meeting will bfl held in the Main School, New Brighton, nest Wednesday evening. A dancing and dramatic recital will be £!vc]i by the Mulvany Gray School of Dance, Drama, and Mime, at the school, Victoria street, next Saturday afternoon. This afternoon tlie annual Phillipstown Bchool fair will bo held. A rose and flower show will bj held next Thursday and Friday in the Rugby street Methodist School Hall. The annual roeetiug of the Papanui Public Library is advertised to be held nert "Wednesday evening, in the library. The Saltaire (Keswick) Convention for 1931 i7i 11 take placp on January Ist, 2nd, and 3rd, *n the Joyiand Theatre, New Brighton.
