RETURNING NEW ZEALAND DELEGATES. (fXIIEU PRESS ASSOCIATION —B"? BMSCTRIC TELEGRAPH—COFYRIOHT.) (Received December 4th, 12.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 3. Among the liner Orford's passengers at Sydney to-day were Mr B. J. Gilmour (Invereargill), and Mr E. A. Blundcll (Wellington), who are returning from the Imperial Press Conference. The former is sailing for New Zealand by the Ulimaroa on Friday, and Mr Blundoll and family by the Marama on December 12th.
