GERMANY AND POLAND.
! TENSION REVEALED. I DEMANDS BY COMMITTEE OP THE REICHSTAG. (UNIT Bt> PKESS ASSOCIATION— BY ti-ECTOIO TELEGEAPII —COPYKIOHT.) ! (Received Decomber 3rd, 5.5 p.m.') BERLIN, December 2. German-Polish tension was revealed by resolutions from the Foreign Affairs Committee o_f the Keichstag, which, despite Cr. Curtius's opposition, demanded the repudiation of negotiations for a Germano-Polish commercial treaty, the revocation of the liquidations agreement with Poland, protested against acts of terrorism against German minorities, and insisted on the punishment of the guilty Poles and compensation for the victims. The Committee rejected a Nationalist motion to raise an army of 100,000 from the unemployed to protect Germany against Poland; also for Germany's withdrawal from the League of Nations, but agreed to demand the recall of the German representatives at the Preparatory Disarmament Conference because the other Powers were not fulfilling their obligations.
