SOLICITOR ARRESTED. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TEMEOBAIf.) WELLINGTON, December 2. Arrested in the act of boarding the Monowai for San Francisco this afternoon, Brian Cunningham, solicitor, of Auckland, aged 23, had the holiday trip he and his wife were taking brought to an unexpected end. He was brought before Air McNeil, S.M., arimediately and charged with, in April, L 929, aiding and abetting Ern- ??'
