Astley Bushton has been appointed Rear-Adnural commanding the Second Cruiser Squadron, in succession to Bear-Admiral •M. BBest, both to date from the end of April next. • Other appointments announced include the following:— - Boar-Admiral H. O. Eteuiold,- wbo has been appointed Admiral Superintendent of ■ D ©vonport Dockyards. Bear-Admiral- W. M. James, to be Boar-Admiral in charge and Admiral Superintendent of Gibraltar. Rear-Admiral J. K.
