CHANGES IN COMMANDS ANNOUNCED. (BJMUBH OTJRCZAZI "wnUBUBSW (Received December 2nd, 6-5 p.m.) RUGBY, December 1. The appointment haa been approved of Admiral Sir Arthur WaisteU to «nooeed Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes as Commander in charge of Portsmouth, to date from May Bth next. Res.r-Admiral W. Tomkinson has been, appointed Bear-Admiral commanding the Battle Cruiser Squadron in succession to Vico-Adiniral P. R. Bear-Admiral E. A. Astley Bushton has been appointed Rear-Adnural commanding the Second Cruiser Squadron, in succession to Bear-Admiral •M. BBest, both to date from the end of April next. • Other appointments announced include the following:— - Boar-Admiral H. O. Eteuiold,- wbo has been appointed Admiral Superintendent of ■ D ©vonport Dockyards. Bear-Admiral- W. M. James, to be Boar-Admiral in charge and Admiral Superintendent of Gibraltar. Rear-Admiral J. K. Im Thurm, to be Assistant Chief of Naval Staff. Rear-Admiral P. I/. H Noble, to bo Director of Naval Equipment..
