PURCHASE BY AN AMERICAN INSTITUTE. (UKJT PRESS ASSOCIATION—ELZCTWC TELEGRAPH— COPIRIGHT.) (Received December Ist, 8.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 30. Dr. Jairws Breasted, Director of the Oriental Institute at the University of Chicago, has disclosed the purchase of an "archaeological treasure house" for the purposes of exploitation. It comprises the site of the ancient city of Armageddon and the surrounding territory. It was bought for the sum of 3500 dollars from an American widow tesiding mi England.
