J. 0. 'WilHamson, Ltd., have received a cablegram from London announcing that ar. rangeraents have been completed for the return in January of Mr Frank Harvey, to star in Australia and New Zealand in various new plays. Harvey's opening production will be "On The Spot," a play with a "criminal" background. Mr Harvey, since he left Australia, . has become a London star of note. One of his successes was as "The Duke" in "Jew Suss." He has also succeeded as a playwright. His unusual play, "The Last Enemy," while it did not make him independent, at least made him talked about.
