'WilHamson, Ltd., have received a cablegram from London announcing that ar. rangeraents have been completed for the return in January of Mr Frank Harvey, to star in Australia and New Zealand in various new plays. Harvey's opening production will be "On The Spot," a play with a "criminal" background. Mr Harvey, since he left Australia, . has become a London star of note.
