ERECTION TO KINGDOM ADVOCATED. (UIfITEO PHES3 ASSOCIATION— BT ELECTBIO TELEORi.rH —COPYEIGHT.) OTTAWA. November 26. The restoration of the granting ot titles to Canadians, and that the designation of Canada as a Dominion be altered to the Kingdom of Canada; also the changing of the title of Gover-nor-General to that of Viceroy, are proposed in a motion tabled for the House of Commons by Mr Armand Lavergne (Deputy-Speaker), Conservative, Quebec.
