COUPON SYSTEM.
A WELLINGTON PROTEST. (r&Miiß AISOCIATIO* TaHdR AM.) WELLINGTON, November 26. The Council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce last evening decided to request the Associated Chambers of Commerce to arrange for a deputation to the Government at the earliest possible moment to protest against the continuance of the coupon or prizecriving system, which was -stated to be Irdwing in the Dominion by leaps and boundsf and to be proving a menace to legitimate trading.
