The I!eriin correspondent of "The Times" states thr.t colonial propaganda, conducted by a committee of the German Association (with which 1100 propagandist societies throughout Germany nre affiliated) against "organised robbery of German colonies by England," 13 becoming more active, and demands for the return of the colonies more frequent.
The president, T)r. Schnee, who was tli'! last Governor of German East Africa, presiding at a meeting of protest against the proposed incorporation of East Africa in the British Empire, declared: "Britain will realise her war aim and seize the German colonies as war booty. She has only obtained mandates now; but she hopes to accomplish the practical annexation of East Africa by uniting the territory with her adjoining possessions. Though satiated with colonies, she aims thus to form a colonial state twice tho size of German}', nnd acquire vast possibilities of exploitation."
