ST. ALBANS FETE.

TUG-OF-WAR COMPETITION. The St. Albans fete-to raiso funds to pro-, vide for the construction of a swimming bath on the site given by the City Council, "was continued on Saturday afternoon and-evening. There was . a good attendance on both occasions. which, in some measure compensated for the bad weather of the previous two nights. The president of the Baths Committee, Mr R. B.
