ARREST OF AMERICAN AIRMAN.

CASE AGAINST LEVINE. (X-'KITEO PSESS AS3OCIATIOX —BT ELECT SIC TELEGKAPB—COPISIGHT.) (Received November 20th, 7.0 p.m.) VIENNA, November 19. The American, airman, Charles A. Levine, has been removed from the Police cells and lodged in the Assize Court prison. This means that the police believe there is sufficient evidence to justify sending the case to the State Attorney, 'who will examine the papers and decide whether to abandon or proceed with the case. In the latter event, Levine's counsel will apply for bail. The charge at present is an offence under a clause of the criminal code dealing with the procurement of apparatus for counterfeiting money. Levine's counsel is optimistic that he v.ill be able to convince the authorities that Levine was only making enquiries as to the possibility of supplying medallions for distribution in America, similar to the medal struck for Colonel Lindbergh.
