NEW ZEALAND UNION. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM..) WELLINGTON, November 20. At a meeting, of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union some discussion took place on the encour* agement of Rugby in primary schools, and it v.as eventually decided to make a grant of £4O to each team competing at annual tournaments. A letter was received from the Canadian. Rugby Union, asking if there were any prospects of the New Zealand Union issuing an invitation to a team of Canadian high school boys to' visit the Dominion nest season. It was decided to refer the letter to the Secondary Schools' Association. .
