FIRED ON GERMAN LINER. (UKITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —BY ELECTRIC TELEOBAPH —COPVaIQHT.) 810 DE JANEIRO, November 11. It is officially announced that the Brazilian port authorities have been exonerated for firing on the German liner Baden on October 24th. It was attested that Captain Rollin failed t° carry out the comand of the officials. [A number of passengers were killed or injured when the forts at Itio fired on the Baden, which was attempting to leave port, when it was in the hands of the rebels.]
