ATTEMPT TO RESCUE PLAYMATE (tooted rarss association—electsio TELZJRiPH —COPYRIGHT.) (Beceived June 17th, 7.25 p.m.) BERLIN, June 17. Ten children, under 14 years of age, were paddling in a river near Augsberg when a girl was swept away. Her playmates formed a human chain, ancKattempted to rescue her, but the current swept away seven, all of whom were drowned.
